1Informational Use Only

The website and buyer savings portal are for intake, education, and workflow support. They are not legal, tax, lending, brokerage-compliance, investment, valuation, or settlement advice, and they are not an offer of representation.

2No Guaranteed Savings

Market Rights Lab does not guarantee below-list pricing, a specific savings amount, a specific fee, a successful negotiation, lender approval, seller credit treatment, closing, or availability of a qualified NEGOTIATOR® in any area.

3Verify Listing Facts

Listing-helper output is generated from public metadata, visible page text, browser-assisted snapshots, pasted content, or optional reading services. Listing sites can block, rate-limit, omit, or change facts. You are responsible for confirming the property address, price, beds, baths, square footage, HOA, taxes, fees, disclosures, and all other material facts before relying on any report.

4Compensation And Rates

Examples shown in the portal are examples only. There is no standard or recommended rate. Any performance-based fee, including any Inverse Commission™ or Commission on the GAP™ agreement, must be independently negotiated, documented, and reviewed for compliance with local law, lender rules, brokerage policy, signed agreements, and required disclosures.

5Buyer Contact And Report Requests

Submitting a report or match request authorizes Market Rights Lab to review the submitted buyer savings file and contact you using the information provided. Submission does not create an agency relationship, brokerage agreement, attorney-client relationship, lending relationship, or tax advisory relationship.

6Listing Help And Outside Sources

If you use listing help, you may provide page content through your browser, a one-click page snapshot, or pasted text. If an approved reading service is enabled, a listing URL may be sent to recover public text. If smart fact review is enabled and configured, captured listing evidence may be sent to the configured review provider for structured extraction. If a licensed property-data provider is configured, the reader may use property address details to request property records, listing facts, or valuation estimates. Use these tools only for pages you are authorized to access and in a way that respects source-site and data-provider terms.

7Generated PDFs

PDFs are generated from the current browser state. They are drafts unless separately reviewed, completed, and verified by the buyer, broker of record, counsel, lender, and other required professionals.

Local law, lender rules, brokerage policy, signed agreements, and counsel-reviewed forms control implementation.
